Marinated Olives and Burrata Appetizer

Combine the pitted green olives, olive oil, fresh basil, 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced or sliced), zest and juice from 1 lemon, and finishing salt. Let this mixture marinate for a bit to allow the flavors to meld. Then, add in the creamy burrata to a serving dish and spoon the marinated olive mixture over the cheese. Toast some fresh French bread until golden and crusty. Smear the burrata and olive mixture on top of the toasted bread. Finish with an extra sprinkle of fresh basil and enjoy!
